Hi lee8040,
Firstly, if your based in the UK I would recommend keeping a UK presence via your domain name, thus meaning try and use a .co.uk domain name. Not only does it show you are a UK business but it also helps you out in the UK search engines.
Secondly, if I may so, just a general bit of info, be careful about posting details of domain names you'd like to buy etc as others may buy them and cybersquat.0 -
How about bonnybouncingbabes.co.uk?0

How about something with tot in the name0

this is probably nt of interest to you, but have you heard of a baby being referred to as a bairn?? how about bairn necessities?? whats the name of your company?? base the website around this?
as long as the content is relevant it will turn up in search engines. stick with .co.uk.0 -
if you're looking for best web exposure, there were companies at the business start up show at NEC this year that optimize your website to get you to one of the first 5 places on a google search.
May be worth looking into if you're only going to be a web presence. incidentally, what sort of baby goods are you looking to sell? Anything I'll need for my bairns?Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Generally not worth bothering with, it is far better to learn some SEO yourself - there is loads of information around on forums etc, there can be no guarantee's at getting you in a top 5 position unless the optimisation is done on a little used keyphrase/s. You may get a top 5 position that way, but you may not necessarily get any decent traffic from it.0 -
i chose one in the end...
