Hi,
I'm trying to download software from a couple of casinos, but am not managing to complete the download. I keep getting the following message:
Cannot connect to master download server. Either your internet connection is not functioning or master download server is busy.Check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Any ideas what the problem is? I've tried two different casinos, a few times and get the same message.
Thanks for any help.

You got a firewall like zone alarm on? Sounds like somethings blocking it unless your going through an internet proxy...[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

Are they 2 different casinos or two different casinos run by the same parent company on the same server package?? Sounds more likely to be an issue with either blocking at your end or a server issue their end. Check for anti-malware tools blocking it and maybe try a trace route to the address of the download0
