FESTIVAL COMPETITION - MS DOCKVILLE

1. 1. By entering the prize draw (the 'Prize Draw') you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. 2. This Prize Draw is open to all Urban Outfitters Europe users aged 18 or over, except for employees of Urban Outfitters and their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this giveaway.
3. 3. Prize consists of:
   
   - 1 pair of VIP tickets to MS Dockville which takes place on 15th, 16th and 17th August 2014 in Hamburg, Germany.
   
   - 10 drinks tokens for the winner and 10 drinks tokens for the winner’s plus one. These tokens will be available for collection from the VIP area and can be redeemed in the VIP area of the festival site only. 1 token will allow the winner 1 beer or non-alcoholic beverage, or 2 tokens can be redeemed for 1 long drink.
   
   - This prize package includes return (Economy class) flights for the winner and their plus one from a European airport and to any German airport depending on availability. Flight, taxes and surcharges will be paid by Opodo to a total prize value of £400, and this budget includes the person accompanying the winner. All other travel costs, e.g. to and from the airport to be covered by the winner. If flights cost less than £400 in total, there is no reimbursement of the remainder value.
   
   - This prize package includes one room for two persons for the nights 15th, 16th and 17th August at 25 hours hotel Hafencity, Überseeallee, 20457 Hamburg, and on a room only basis. The provider will endeavour to accommodate requests from the winner for a room to have a twin or double bed but cannot guarantee this. Winners will not be allowed to select an alternative hotel to the ones offered by Opodo. Should this hotel cease to be available for reasons beyond Opodo’s control, Opodo shall endeavour to select a hotel of similar costs and calibre for the winners.
   
   - The prize must be booked and tickets must be issued before the first day of the festival the winner is attending. No extensions to the travel period shall be permitted. Blackout travel dates may apply and will be advised upon your booking request. Once tickets have been issued, they are valid for the flights booked only. No changes will be permitted. Both passengers must travel together in both directions. Lounge passes, upgrades and frequent flyers points are not permitted with these prize tickets and frequent flyer miles cannot be accrued.
4. 4. Prizes do not include any other cost related to attending the events.
5. 5. The Prizes are non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Urban Outfitters Europe reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prizes in the event of circumstances outside of its control. This prize does not have any cancellation value once booked.

7. 7. The Prize Draw closes on midnight Sunday 27th July 2014 at midnight GMT. All valid entries must be received by the closing time or they will not be entered.
8. 8. One winning entry will be chosen at random on Monday 28th July 2014. Urban Outfitters Europe will notify the one winner by email by 12pm GMT the same day.
9. 9. If one of the winners does not reply within 48 hours from being emailed, Urban Outfitters Europe reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner. Urban Outfitter Europe’s decision shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants.
10. 10. Urban Outfitters Europe reserves the right to (i) cancel this Prize Draw, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants).
11. 11. By ticking the appropriate opt-in box, you also permit Opodo to periodically send you notification of special offers, promotions and events by email. If at any time you decide that you do not wish to receive future email communications from Opodo, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe box.
12. 12. These terms and condition shall be governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
