Hi,
Around 2009 Nationwide credit card took me to court over a 2k credit card bill.
I defended and won as they had no paperwork for the card.
They haven't chased me since but they are still reporting the debt as defaulting to experian each month.
Can they do this?
Can they do this forever?
I would at some point hope to repair my credit history.
Thanks for any advice

They can report it as a default, but 6 years after the original default date the whole account will drop off your report, and from that point on no sign of it will show.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
