Family package on EE problems.

so earlier this year as a family we all have contract phones but EE offered us a family deal were we all had a certain amount of minuets,text,date etc and a selection of hand sets to select from and this was considerably cheaper than paying for individual problems but since doing this we have all been having connection issues that we never had when we all had our own. i was just wondering is this just on the family deals or is it across the whole of EE.
