OVO cashback.

I changed my energy supplier in May to OVO and received £35 cash back from Topcashback.It tracked the same day.I Checked my account yesterday and the tracked cash back had disappeared.Has anyone had the same problem.I have raised a ticket at Topcashback and i believe it was Make It Cheaper who was giving the cash back.

Just checked my account -I switched to OVO in April using SimplySwitch via TopCashback - initially it only showed £15.75 -half the expected amount - but its now showing the full £31.50 available.

I used Make It Cheaper via Topcashback in January. It tracked ok and has been confirmed but I have not yet been paid. Apparently it takes an average of 19 weeks to pay and it's well overdue for payment now.

Reading other forums it appears Topcashback are having big problems at the moment and I will not use them again until they sort themselves out.

My cashback from Make it Cheaper is still showing on my TCB account.

19 wks 6 days which is obviously not up yet.Have you tried to contact TCB to ask why a a tracked cashback has disappeared from your account entirely?

Alternatively there is a TCB representative that regularly posts on MSE, usually on the shop but don't drop board.

Yes i have done both. Apparently it has been declined by merchant.A load of rubbish as i only went through Topcashbach and the changeover went smoothly.Topcashback are getting a waste of time and i am thinking of moving to Quidco.
