I'll try and keep this brief.
Moved into temporary accommodation for 9 months. Took out broadband and tv/phone with TalkTalk. Got told at the time it was a 18 month contract.
Now moved out and have 10 months to pay - only took it out after living there a month.
They now tell me that it was a 24 month contract and that I have £13 a month to pay to end it = £195
Any thoughts how to get about this being reduced? How do I see my contract. I never signed anything and it was 18 months I was told on the phone.

You don't have 10 months left to pay, you have 15.
But why did you take even an 18m minimum term contract if you knew you were moving after 8 months?
The minimum term should be in your T&C's, either by post or on your online a/c. In the absence of any other evidence, it's very hard to prove what you were offered.
You don't need to sign anything, you are still in a legally binding contract. No free lunch, and no free laptop
