I personally wouldnd send them your I&E - its nowt to do with them.

As for the doorstep letter, send this:

    Dear Sir or Madman,

I am in receipt of various ridiculous messages, one of these states that some person with a fetish for doorsteps is going to collect one, you should be aware that I do not have a doorstep for them to collect, BUT I can give them directions to a local builders merchants where there is a large choice of doorsteps on offer.

You should also note that I do not acknowledge any debt to your museum of doorsteps or any other collector you may claim to represent.

My doorstep telephone helpline is now CLOSED so all future contact MUST be made i writting if you canfind your crayons

Harve, am going to keep this, just in case I ever need it lol :T

I have sent off the letter to BCW today, lets see what response they come back with. What would be next steps once I hear back from them?

They may not even respond, or if they do, it will just be an acknowledgement of your letter.

Well I have received a response back as follows from BCW:

    Dear xxxxx

I write with regard to your recent communication concerning the aforementioned account.

I can hereby confirm your concerns have been duly recorded on our system file and the issue is currently being investigated.

In the meantime, I can confirm that I have authorised a "cease all action" instruction to be placed on this account with immediate effect.

Please do not hesitate to contact us.....

    What would next steps be?

    Thx
