Adding a dormer to existing converted attic

Does anyone know how much it would cost to add a dormer to pre existing converted attic? Mid terrace house I can roughly work out labour costs as I use the same builder for jobs on the house and know his daily rates plus extra for materials looking for a rough estimate

could you not ask the builder if he knows the house?
Also, it's difficult for anyone to estimate a cost with no idea of the size/construction/finishes etc etc required
