SA302 form from HMRC

Hi everyone, We need to get hold of my partner's SA302 tax self assessment form as part of our mortgage application with Halifax. We are calling HMRC first thing in the morning. Does anyone have any recent experiences of getting hold of this form through them? What is waiting time like? Thanks in advance, GG

Plenty of lenders accept faxed copies with the UTR blacked out as long as the covering header is included with it.

If this particular lender doesn't, they are going to have to wait until postal copies arrive.

If you are the vendor, why are you involved in the purchaser's mortgage arrangements?
