SA302 form from HMRC

Options
Hi everyone,

We need to get hold of my partner's SA302 tax self assessment form as part of our mortgage application with Halifax. We are calling HMRC first thing in the morning.

Does anyone have any recent experiences of getting hold of this form through them? What is waiting time like?

Thanks in advance,
GG

Awesome! Did they post it to you directly? Guessing they aren't able to email you a PDF version... That would be too straightforward. :)

  • If you get the right person in the right mood on a good day saying it's for a mortgage you may strike gold.

Word if warning, is the income you told the lender the same as he told HMRC what his income is fir tax purposes? If yes, you'll get what you want sooner or later.

Our broker sorted that side of things for us. Everything should tally up and we have also submitted 3 years worth of business accounts to Halifax. Hoping we can get the form from HMRC quickly...

Hoping for a happy operator since it is Friday tomorrow!

After being on hold for almost an hour to hmrc, it took less than a min to request the sa302 which duly arrived 3 days later.
  • I've order two sets within the last couple of weeks. One operator said it would be up to 10 days, the other up to 14 days. Both sets came in under a week.

I am in the process of selling a flat and have been waiting over two weeks for the buyer to receive her SA302 form? I've asked her to have it faxed but she has said this doesn't included her UTR which the lender requires.

    Any advice on this appreciated
