Energy saving club

Good evening folks,I was hoping someone on here could offer me some advice,I have done the energy saving club switch from npower to Ovo and so far has been a total nightmare, from when giving Ovo the meter reads to get my electricity switched over(only have electricity) it's been beyond a joke.first off the switch over date went wrong as when I sent the meter reads I got an email saying their was a glitch their end and they didn't receive my reads,I spoke with several staff who were pleasant but not helpful,I informed them that my meter had 2 displays,a day and a night one, they only took supply of one of them but never informed me so I ended up getting one supply from Ovo and another from npower but at the time of giving my meter reads was advised to cancel my direct debit by both companies with npower and I would get my final bill from them.this went on for a few months with my contacting Ovo several times wondering why I didn't have an option to enter my second meter reading, when they figured out what happened they informed me the would issue a refund of the difference,I have had my bill from npower and the difference from what Ovo will refund is that I have to find over £100 pounds which I haven't budgeted for just for switching and to make matters worse the initial saving of £25 which I was advised from the ESC is now £1.22 per month and had I known this to start with I would never of changed in the first place.
I do hope someone can help or advise on what to do as this has been a very stressful situation and I do say sorry for being so long and if my English is not great.
