Missing Amazon voucher

Hi all,
Can someone advise. My wife and I took out an EE contract at Christmas with the deal of a £70 Amazon voucher each.
My wife received hers but I did not. I contacted EE who said to contact the voucher supplier, they said to contact MSE.
I wrote a detailed letter of codes, dates etc but I did not hear back. I have sent a chaser, still nothing. There is no email contact for MSE and no response to my letters.
Please can anyone help?

Why on earth would they advise you to contact MSE?0 -
