This is nothing short of blatant dishonesty. The price has not been cut. It has been £13 for two weeks now. Prior to that, it was less. In fact, while I obviously don't have all the figures, I'm pretty sure that it has never been higher than £13 in the last year.

Oh come on guys. People are just pointing out the flaws in some of these cut priced offers and your having a go at them.

This is a Money Saving site, afterall.

As it turns out, Tesco have now changed the wording to:

Special Purchase £13.00 - valid from 22/08/2007 until 11/09/2007

I think they must have realised that is wrong to claim that something has been cut in price when it has not.
