Anyone else having communication trouble with the IR over their new tax credits? I filled my form online over two months ago, got a letter through asking for more information , which i filled in and sent off, then got another letter saying they hadnt received the info i had sent them . When i phoned i got told they must have received it because my review was getting processed.
This week i got another letter saying i hadn't filled my form in !and to top it all off ive just checked out bank balance and it seems new payments have started . do people in offices not communicate with each others computers ? :-/

if you take a look on benefits board you'll find a lot of people (including myself) having problems with them.

I havent head the above problems, but i keep getting the same letters over and over again, telling me the same information and that i need to do nothing and my payments will continue. Everytime I get 2 as well, one for mr divadee and one for me.

It makes me mad that taxpayers money is being wasted by repeat letters over and over again >:(

divadee - at least you got letter saying you didn't need to change anything.
I got letter asking for this tax yearsdetails or payments would stop,sent it back, then got a letter saying I'd told them of change of circs but not what they were. ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
Turns out shouldn't have sent form back cos my payment stays same from last year - only found out cos Ted recommended radio prog on subject.
