Fraudulent Card Transactions

Hello,
Firstly, I apologise if this has been asked elsewhere; a cursory search didn't return information about my exact question.
I was contacted by my bank today about two fraudulent transactions on my credit card. One of them didn't go through, the other was made yesterday and apparently did. Regardless, they said they'd send a letter and upon my reply I could get a refund. They're also closing and reopening my credit card account.
I was wondering if my credit rating will be affected by this.
