Harewood Property development and consultancy

I just wondered if anybody here has had any dealings with this company, or had heard anything about them ?
My current 5 year bond is coming to and end on the 31st o this month and I've been looking around for somewhere to re-invest at least part of the money, but most of the accounts nowadays offer less than half the interest I've been getting up to now.
This company pays 12% interest and claims to be completely safe, but is it ? If anybody can give me any information about them that might help me make up my mind I'd be really grateful.

Best to avoid. Most likely a scam or unregulated investments with no consumer protection.
Stephen Covey once said that "when you teach once, you learn twice". That is the primary reason for my participation on the forums as an IFA.

Although I strive to provide accurate information in my posts, there may be the odd time when I fail. Yes I know it's hard to believe but even Your Hero can make mistakes. Apologies in advance.

There have been past threads but those have been removed or pruned.

100% loss of capital is possible. It is an unregulated investment and guaranteed in the unregulated world is not the same as in the regulated world. It is also nothing like a savings bond/fixed term deposit.
If anybody can give me any information about them that might help me make up my mind I'd be really grateful.
Avoid it unless you dont mind taking a punt which may or may not pay off but could see 100% of the money lost.

Did you just discover this forum? I ask because you just opened an account today, then you ask such a beautifully innocent question whilst adding a lot of the come-on data that this organisation would like put out there.
