Hello,

Yesterday, me and my family went to visit my grandparents after hearing the unfortunate news that my grandmother was dying. I parked outside their home, and got given a Code:35 PCN for being 'Parked in a disc parking place without clearly displaying a valid disc.' My grandfather forgot to give me a disc with everything that was on his mind. I didn't even know you needed discs to park outside your own home!? (I'm not from Scarborough).

Is there anyway I can get out of this?
