So . . . just the 3 faults? Is everything else ok?
Why not rake out the lose roof sealant and re-seal, find out what's wrong with the wc and see what can be done with the shower tray. Personally, I'd have had it done in a few days.
If you need advice on repairs try the motor home board or the caravan/repairs board on the ukcampsite forums. You'll get lots of help on there.0 -
I didn't say we were expecting defect free, but the way it was described we were expecting a working toilet and a leak free roof!
My dad took it to a repair centre, the dampness reader was over 70% anything over 30 can cause structural defects and its going to cost £3,000 to repair.
Citizens advice thinks we can take it to court, so thats what we are doing. Thanks for the comments, the nice ones were appreciated!0 -

This is a fairly old vehicle so you can't expect to remedy every little fault if this bill covers all sorts of other items. You had a chance to inspect the vehicle before you paid and I would not be confident that a claim would succeed but let us know how it goes.0
