Hi - New to this forum, I have been issued with a PCN and I have reverted back to the company appealing with the form attached on this site (thanks) but although the company sent the PCN within 2 days and I sent the appeal back within a week, they have not responded as yet now a further 2 weeks on, is there a time limit to respond back from them?

If it's a BPA member (as opposed to an IPC member) they have 35 days (ish) give or take. The BPA don't care!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Make sure you are ready for a winning POPLA appeal. It's UKCPS isn't it - your two threads need merging:

please don't start any more, keep it ALL on one thread including at POPLA stage please. The NEWBIES thread shows you example winning POPLA appeals.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi All - After posting a thread yesterday I have received a letter today from UKCPS that has upheld my appeal and cancelled the charge as a "goodwill gesture". Very pleased with the outcome but I don't believe that it would have been successful if there wasn't support from this website forum,
Thanks to all.0 -
Goodwill gesture indeed. They knew they were on a hiding into nothing!
