Quote for plastering

I've had a quote for removing plaster off three walls, replacing one wall with plasterboard and studwall, and rendering two walls with two coats of waterproof render, and skim all three walls. I've had a quote of £1,350 which includes materials. The job is in London and is estimated to take three days. Does that sound reasonable? Any advice very gratefully received! Many thanks.

Hi perry,this sounds pretty reasonable considering where you live. Have you got any other quotes? My advice would be to get about 3 and see how they pan out.0

Thanks for that Jason - much appreciated. I need the work done at really short notice (having kitchen fitted week after next and have just discovered my current plaster is rubbish!) but I am getting another quote today, so hopefully that will give me a better idea! Thanks again!0
