The Elegant baby store - NEVER USE _ BEWARE

The Elegant Baby Store is on ebay, amazon and they have their own site. I have never experiences such bad customer services, abuse and game playing.
I ordered a moses basket and stand and decided (which is within my rights) to cancel after hearing some negative things about the seller and reading many negative reviews on ebay and amazon. I thought it would be easy but I have been receiving abusive emails and been abused on the telephone.
I made the purchase on ebay and put in a cancel request. They agreed to cancel but were really persistant about me cancelling and then I would receive a refund. As it states on ebay that you need to receive your money before cancelling especially if you have not received any goods. I was advised after calling ebay to decline the offer to cancel until I received my refund.
I was then sent messages saying "look what you have done now, you've made it awkward". "I won't refund you now" "You made me lose my seller fees" "if only you did what i said. I informed them that I was instructed by ebay. I called to explain what ebay had said to me and resolve the issue with an apology in order to get a refund. WELL - I was speaking to one man who said id get a refund and he would not send the goods as requested and in the background was a heap of f-ing and blinding about me doing what I was told and not listening, how I would now be sent the item and I would not get my money back.
I called ebay again and they instructed me to open a case. which I did and now even though I said I do not want the item I received tracking information. I called again and was met with the same abuse and in retaliation I got irate as they said one thing and did another.
They are rude and abusive and do not deal with customers well. They have still not provided me with my refund and somehow ebay cannot get into their paypal account to issue me a refund so now I am nearly £50 short and still sending emails to try and get money money back. I think they call it theft....
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    The buyers on Amazon seem to be pretty pleased, and as the Moses basket is on it's way, why don't you swift to see if you like it?

    Doesn't really matter what the product is like if that's their idea of customer service. Sounds like they were trying to play the system in some way..

    Well heres and update!
    I have still not yet received my money back or any item even though they supplied a next day delivery FAKE tracking number on parcelforce.
    I called ebay who have confirmed the the number does not match to an item and is FAKE. The man has continued to send abusive and threatening email messages and has even gone as far as saying he will contact his solicitor if i continue to ask for MY money back as I am harassing him. I replied with please do as I do know I have a right to my money back especially if I have not received the goods.
    I spoke to ebay who instructed me to no longer respond to any messages as it was getting me nowhere and wait to escalate the case in order for them to get my refund. They also let me know that they have put some sort of freeze on their account regarding this transaction. They said this is not the first time and they will investigate further.
    I'm still getting messages saying the item has been delivered and signed for if you return we deduct £10 from your money before you get a refund so you won't get all your money back anyway...
    i put it politely he said " READ MY DESCRIPTION ANY ORDER REFUSED COST YOU £10 GOOD!" how childish.

    It WILL get sorted eventually - I have never experiences such bad customer services.:mad:
