I'm not certain but it looks like a clematis to me.
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....

WOW, how did you get the photo to come on the screen? and thank you for the reply. It doesn't look like my other clematis though, it's a lot more bushy and with no flowers but maybe they will come next year?
Also it doesn't have the little shoots that wrap around things like Clematis does?0 -
