Hello!
I've been made redundant from my job, and have decided to go on the trip of a lifetime.
I'm leaving in September/October time with intent to visit my Mum first who lives in Alaska, from there I'm travelling through America, to Hawaii and will finally get to Australia where I hope that I'll be able to secure a job for some time as a Teaching Assistant in an SEN school.
My issue is that my travel will be for longer than a year, and also that I am currently on a prescription for anti-depressants. I have every confidence that I will not struggle with the illness whilst I am out there - as long as I continue my prescription.
Does anyone have any advice about where to go or where to look? The last figure I managed to get which would cover me was £560.

£560 for worldwide cover including north america for over a year with an existing condition doesn't sound too bad.
Post office for up to a year with no conditions is £5050 -
I guess I just didn't realise how much the insurance was going to be! Think I found an Annual plan last year for £23.
Can you take out an insurance policy whilst you're out of the country? =P0
