Barclay credit card balance transfers

I applied for and was accepted for the Barclaycard card 33 months balance transfer 0%. :T

I have three credits cards and wanted to get their balances transferred onto this card and clear them, I was given a credit limit of 5k and my balances tranfers are 1.2k in total On the application form I asked for transfers from two cards one and two at the 33 month rate. I logged in and this showed as pending.
They then sent me my new card I activated it and transferred the balance from my third card,
Now this was offered at 19months not the 33 months as the first two but I thought ok will still have it,
Then something strange happened , the third card transferred showed up straight away, the money was transferred by the next day from card three and jf is now showing on my Barclaycard account, but the other two amounts for card one and two, are as follows two shows pending but no sign of one.
I have been in touch with customer services and they say they have to make further checks before the other transfers can go ahead.
Why have they approved transfer three, two pending and one doesnt look like it may happen? :(
