Time difference between PCN & camera evidence

Am i pushing my luck to appeal. I was issued a PCN stating I made an illegal right turn at 09:54 (not allowed before 10:00). The time on the camera evidence states the time as 09:55, I think it may be tenuos, but it is wrong.

It's tenuous. One minute of time difference does not make any difference at appeal
This does not sound like a private parking ticket, so you would be better posting on www. Pepipoo.com with both sides of the notice with personal details redacted.

You need to watch the video, you can't judge without seeing it, can't go by their carefully-selected stills. And most people win who post on pepipoo about Council parking tickets - many of them push their luck but over 90% are successful! Post a topic here with pictures:
