Switching bank account previous IVA

Hi,

I am applying for the First Direct bank switch (where you get £125 for doing so). It says
To be eligible for a 1st Account with first direct you must:
  • be over 18 years of age
  • live in the UK
  • not have been declared Bankrupt or have registered for an Individual Voluntary Agreement within the last 6 years or be in the process of doing so
Now I've have an IVA which finished a few years ago, however I 'registered' for it about 6 years + ago...do you think I can apply? (I have a fairly decent credit rating now with credit cards I pay off fully monthly).
Thanks in advance.
