Ppi - payoff debt - what if i moved it ?

ive been sorting my PPI claim , with a company as I have no paperwork or anything. Yes I know its a high percentage they take but I just gave them my details and they have taken care of everything. Now I read that if you are successful and they will knock off the amount given off what you owe the company you claim from. I moved my debt onto another card 0% so will they not be able offset the amount ? Its going to pay off my card anyway..... I was just wondered. Thanks

I believe they will only deduct any monies if you are in arreas, and only the amount of the arrears.

*Remember, if you have outstanding debts and any redress is used to pay these debts, the claim company will still demand their percentage, so you may receive nothing back but get a huge bill from the CMC.0
