am I covered ?

I have placed an order online with a company for £33 and paid with my credit card using worldpay
my order hasn't arrived and I've just been contacted by someone else who hasn't received their order either - I'm hoping theres an explanation but if something has gone wrong am I likely to get my money back ??

I'm not sure how effective it would be, although I'm pretty sure any lender would launch an investigation if this happened, along with a possible refund.

You're only covered by Section 75 if the goods you ordered are more than £100.
Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.

If the item doesn't arrive you should be able to use the Chargeback process to get your money back. See the MSN guide: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/visa-mastercard-chargeback.

I don't think the customer and supplier chain is broke when you use WorldPay in the same way we're led to believe it is when you use PayPal.
