The Art of Baking Blind Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. This is a prize draw to win a KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer (R.R.P. £429) and a copy of The Art of Baking Blind by Sarah Vaughan. Three runners-up will win a copy of the book and a set of cookie cutters.
  
  2. By entering this prize draw you are giving consent for The Book Bakery to send you email newsletters about our books. You can unsubscribe at any time and your details will not be shared with third parties.
  
  3. The Winner and runners-up will be selected at random from the entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions by the Book Bakery Administrator, whose decision will be final.
  
  4. The Winner may see their name posted on the Book Bakery Facebook page, newsletter and Twitter account.
  
  5. There is no purchase necessary to enter.
  
  6. The prize draw opens at 12.01am GMT on 11.06.14 and closes at 11.59pm GMT on 31.07.14. Any entries received outside these specified times and dates will not be eligible for entry into the draw.
  
  7. The prize draw is open to UK entrants only, except employees of Hodder & Stoughton, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the draw either themselves or through their families.
  
  8. Only one entry per person allowed.
  
  9. The Book Bakery is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.
  
  10. The Book Bakery reserves the right to alter the prizes or cancel the prize draw without notice. No cash alternatives to prizes will be provided.
  
  11. The Winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date and must claim their prize by providing a delivery address within 14 days of receipt, otherwise their prize may be reallocated.
  
  12. The Book Bakery will only use the Winners’ postal addresses in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with our privacy policy. The Winners’ postal addresses (including any other record of the address), will be deleted respectively after the end of the draw and after the prizes have been posted.
  
  13. By entering the draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
