Issues with Noddle/Removing an account

Dear All,

I noticed last year an account on my file for E Credit Plus. I managed to get through to Commonwealth MArketing Ltd who apparently run E Credit Plus Ltd. They provided me with information regarding the account and after to-ing and fro-ing in January of this year it was agreed to have the account removed from my credit file.

They and I both informed Noddle of this (initally through the dispute button) and eventually it was removed. It stayed removed for a couple of months and in April re-appeared - I contacted Noddle who went back to the company who confirmed yes it should off the account.

It came off and then in June it re-appeared - angry I went back to Commonwealth MArketing ltd who advised me that they were not informing Noddle to put it back on and that he would do whatever it takes to let them know. I sent a message to Noddle and on 30th June I got a reply saying that they had received a message from Commonwealth mArketing Ltd to remove the account and to not put it back on! Good news so I thought! My next credit report was produced on 7th July and lo and behold it was there again! I emailed straight away in a fuming manner. Response yesterday was simply "Commonwealth Marketing account was removed. This is E Credit Plus".

Please can anyone advise what actions to take - I have raised formal complaints with the ombudsman against all parties involved. My main issue is (Apart from the account showing) is that Noddle do not respond to emails for 10 days or more and when they do they give one line answers or questions.

Any help would be appreciated as it looks as if I have had late payments/no payments markers for last 4 years now!

Any questions please ask as I am sure that I have missed information out or worded it incorrectly!

    Commonwealth Marketing are at fault as they are reporting it to the CRA's,tell them to stop reporting it or it will keep coming back.

    They have told noddle this - they copied me into their email to tell them to permanently remove the account. noddle have also acknowledged this to me. Yet it still shows :rotfl:

    Of course, that doesn't stop them from asking Noddle to add it back later.

    Not saying they are doing this, just saying it's a possibility.

    E-mail Noddle explaining this whole issue from start to finish and ask them to investigate WHY this keeps getting put back on your report. Ask them to confirm the source of this information - i.e. do they keep adding it back because this company is asking them to, or is it a case of one arm of Noddle doesn't know what the other is doing?

    From my understanding this is what happened in the beginning but this time Noddle said they have recieved confirmation that the aco!!!! has been removed (30th June) but my latest report still shows it with an update date of 6th June.

    I have asked them to understand and clarify but it annoys me that Noddle take weeks to respond!
