1. To enter
Entrants may submit their entry from 16th July 2014. Entrants must complete their full name, answer to the question, gender and email address to be able to enter the prize draw. By submitting their entry entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. Entries through agents or third parties will be invalid. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
By participating in a competition with mhoula each visitor is opting in to receive marketing from competitions sponsors.
2. Winner announcement
The winner will be announced on www.mhoula.com in the week commencing 18th August 2014 and the winner will be notified personally as soon as practicable either before or after this date. If after five attemps of email contact to the competition winner their is no response, another winner will be drawn.
3. Eligibility
The competition is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over as at the Start Date, except those who at any time between the Start Date and the date on which the winner is selected (inclusive) are employees of mhoula or any marketing services agency or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.
4. Validity
There is a limit of one entry per household. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost or incompletely submitted to mhoula. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Correspondence will be entered into only at the absolute discretion of mhoula.
5. To win
The winning entry will be that which is selected by random from all the valid entries .
6. The prize

mhoula may in its absolute discretion substitute cash value for the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner publicity
Entrants accept that, if they win, mhoula will have the right, without payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
8. Winning entry details
 The name of the winner and the winning entry will be sent to anyone who writes within 2 months after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to mhoula limited at 3 Tree Farm Barns, Neds Lane, Stalmine, FY60JL, requesting details of the winning entry.
