bos timescales

hi all decided to join up to the site after getting lots of info on it, had 2 aa loans starting in 05 ended in 2010, everyone's circumstances are different for claiming, mine has lots of reasons im now into week 3 started by sending a written complaint had acknowledgement letter along with questionnaire filled it out and nothing since that as i said in week 3 now sent a letter last week asking why no other acknowledgement of sending the form back along with some extra info i found out thanks to the site and tips, now even more annoyed as searching through paperwork i found i was a paying member in my old employment that covered me for accidental death and lots more , should i inform them of this or should i just wait and see what happens, not sure what the turn around timescales are for bos at the moment i suppose they are getting claims everyday , annoying when half didnt even have ppi, which brings me to the next topic i had a small loan with barclays adamant i had no ppi but filled in a form and told them all i could remember and that i didnt agree to no ppi and that im prob time barred etc received a letter with a loan account number saying they are investigating my ppi on the loan, so im guessing they did whack ppi on or they wouldve sent a letter saying no ppi its was only a loan of 1,200 and i worked full time with lots of benefits and i sure as hell did not agree to ppi on that one however my aa loans different story , barclays seem to send out more letters with timescales wheres bos seem a tad slower with little communication.
