Hi Guys,
Just need your opinion on something.
I hope to be investing in a Laptop soon and was wondering if anyone has Office 2003 running on Vista. Do they work ok together or is it worth forking out for Office 2007. Also if Office 2003 is o.k can you tell me how to copy it from one machine to another. I am not the most computer savvy techie on the block so if anyone is kind enough to PM me with some instructions I will be eternaly greatful.:A
Thank you all for your time!

Office 2003 works on most versions of windows you dont need to go buying the new version to go on the new OS.
as for copying it, its a none starter you can't copy from 1 PC to another you need to use the instalation CD and install it again. There are legalities in this if your office 2003 is OEM meaning it was bought with a PC and cost a fraction of the retail price then it is a single none transferable licence you can't install it on your new PC even if you uninstall it from the old PC you can only do that with the full prices retail version of office or any other microsoft software.0 -
