Hi, Sometime ago I have setup DD on my Amex credit card. This was done online. I have been looking on the online service but couldn't find anywhere to view or amend DD?

Can anyone help?

    Are you sure you did it online?

    When I did mine the only option online was to download a form to sign and return, so I did it over the phone instead.
