    help_q.gif</IMG> I have a Personal PayPal account and received a credit/debit card payment for a website purchase. How can I accept the funds?

    Question : Answer : help_a.gif</IMG> The credit/debit card funded payment you receive will be in an accept/refuse state. A Pending Payment link will be displayed on your Account Overview page. Clicking this link will take you through the accept/refuse flow.

    You will have the following options to choose from:
    • Accept and upgrade to a Premier account
    • Accept and keep your Personal account
    • Refuse the payment
    Personal accounts that accept credit or debit card payments are charged a transaction fee. See our fee schedule for more information. Personal accounts have a limit on the number of credit or debit card funded payments received per year. To view your Personal account limit, log in to your account and click the View Limits link.var solutionBaseUrl = '/helpcenter/main.jsp;jsessionid=GXgZ2Ql1kFxknzsdKlGfsnl78gRBLBvy5hWkmyb2YB2XlC042y6B!-662694202?t=solutionTab&ft=searchTab&ps=solutionPanels&locale=en_GB&_dyncharset=UTF-8&cmd=_help-ext&serverInstance=8003&solutionId=';var transactionFragments = document.getElementsByName("transactionFragmentForm");var solutionLinks = document.getElementsByName("solutionLink");atgss_loadFragments(transactionFragments);atgss_modifySolutionLinks(solutionLinks);

    Log in to your Paypal a/c, then click Account Overview, then Pending Payment and choose one of the Accept options.

    Edit - See alanwjones post for more details.

    Sending money is free, while accepting isn't (it never was). G
