Refunds SOGA DSR CCR

I am confused as to whether the new CCR imposes liabilities on traders whose customers are returning goods under the SOGA. Returns under SOGA do not seemed to be specifically excluded under the CCR. If they are could anyone explain where the law states this?

Under the now defunct DSR a trader had to refund a customer as soon as possible and in any case within a max 30 days. In addition Regulation 14 of the Distance Selling Regs made it illegal to withhold a refund until the goods were returned.

These rules applied whether the goods were being returned under the SOGA or not.

Now that the DSR have been abolished are there any similar rules on traders whose customers are returning goods under the SOGA?

What time limits are imposed on traders for refunds under the SOGA?

Off the top of my head, I believe that they must refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or 14 days from when the customer provides proof of postage.
