LastMinute.com Amendment and Cancellation Fees

Hi folks, just wanted to raise a flag and warn people not to make the same foolish mistake I just did.
Last night, I booked flights from Edinburgh to London in September via LastMinute.com and shortly after realised I had to change them. I called this morning (last night being too late) and was told I'd be charged £45 administration fee, plus a fee from the airline itself to cancel or change each flight.
Given that the flights originally cost me £100, you can imagine my reaction. Now, I'm essentially locked in to flights I don't want, mostly because of my own stupidity. Hopefully I can prevent others from making the same mistake.
