Hello everyone
The Royal Mail failed to deliver a signed for/recorded parcel i sold on ebay. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive your refund once you have sent a P58 form to the Royal Mail. Its been 6 weeks since i sent it off and all i have received 4 weeks ago was a letter saying they had received my form.
Thanks

Has the item gone missing?0

Yes, its missing
Rang them up, seems their enquiry ground to a halt for no apparent reason:mad: Should take around 2 weeks normally.0 -
Is it actually undelivered or just not showing up on RM's site as delivered? Parcels are frequently delivered without a signature being taken or the web site not updated.0

OP, as well as this you must not assume you are definitely going to get refunded. RM are just as likely to ask recipient to confirm item was lost for signed for, as much as any other normal mail.

I have always got a cheque, never stamps. The only time I get stamps is when I claim for lack of signature on a recorded, or signed for as it is now.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Last 2 I've had lost I filled the form in fully, sent all payment/refund statements and e-mail chains...a few pic's from the last 1 as it was broken. No quibbles, cheques for full amount received. Even had one re-issued as was in wrong name (business to sole).0
