That's brilliant! How about these ideas for using up leftover bread? (Link)

    Ally,

Thank you, these recipes and help are great and I really appreciate it!

I will save those recipes for next time I have bread, although I think Mr Blackbird was happy with his rations today!!

  • Hello all,

This morning I got a lift to work (after breakfast at home) and spent a lovely morning in the sunshine marshalling 800 pupils across a road on their sponsored walk. Back at desk now.

Have just checked bank accounts, all is fine, and am about to eat my packed lunch.

Laundry is line drying (put it out last night) and I am going to make a big batch of pasta sauce after dog walk later.

After that I am hoping to have a look at some of allydowds links (thank you) as long as home laptop wants to play.

    Best wishes to all x

    Late entry:

:DClarified honey which had crystalised and was no longer a nice clear colour but granulated and opaque. All you have to do is stand the jar with the lid off in a pan of boiling water and stir after 5 mins. Then allow to cool SLOWLY. For more info see here: (Link)

:DFree spearmint tea from the garden. Take five spearmint leaves, wash, throw in cup, add boiling water and sugar/sweetener/honey.

:DStarted using Stardrops All Round Cleaner again instead of five different bottles of cleaning products. Bought a bottle for £1 and you only use a drop at a time diluted. Fantastic value. I know Foxgloves is a fan too. (Link)

    Freebies

:DFree Bepanthen sample via Facebook. (Link)

    :DFree GoCat sample. (Link)

:DFree Save a (Toilet) Flush Bag for Southern Water Customers. (Link)

    :DFree £10 parcel delivery (Link)

    Offers

    :D £3 off Purina (Link)
