By entering this competition each entrant confirms that his/her photo is their wholly owned creation and it is not protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. By submitting a photo to the APH Summer Selfie Competition, each entrant grants APH the right to publish the photo on our Facebook page and/or website royalty-free. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit your photo to this competition.
To enter, entrants must have liked the APH Facebook page and must upload a picture of themselves (including their head/face and a holiday background), taken somewhere whilst travelling, and then add a caption to the photo explaining where the picture was taken.
By entering the promotion and uploading a photo you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. The prize promotion is open to all UK residents, except APH employees. 2. Final entries must be received by midday on 12th September 2014. 3. The competition winners will be selected by 18th September 2014 by APH and Park Cameras. 4. First prize is an Olympus Stylus SH-1, second prize is a Kindle Paperwhite and third prize is an airport parking and lounge package. The parking and lounge package must be used on the same trip and must be booked and taken by 31/12/2015. The third prize includes airport parking for one car for a maximum of two weeks and entry to an airport lounge for 2 people. The parking and lounge will be selected by APH from its current range of car parks and lounges on sale on APH.com and is subject to availability. 5. No substitutions and no cash equivalent cash value are offered for any of the prizes. 6. Winners are solely responsible for all expenses not specified in the prize description including those associated incidental expenses associated with claiming the prize. 7. Winners will be notified via email as soon as possible after the competition draw. 8. Winners names will be published and winners may be required to participate in publicity. 9.
