I ordered a veterinary (but OTC) product recommended by the vet for my dog's liver condition. I've ordered from this company before with no problems. But this time they sent the standard tablet version instead of the chewable one which I ordered.
Flippin eck what a palaver. They asked me to email them a pic of the product I received. Have consequently just spent an eternity getting to grips with my new camera and software. :(
Is it standard in these circumstances to ask for a photo? Surely it's not absolute proof anyway

A couple of months back I ordered some specialty cooking ingredients online and one of the jars arrived broken. They also asked me to provide a photo.
