noddle help

So I signed up with noodle trying to get my finances in some sort of order. I've used noodle once handed my debit card over to make the account and now I can't seem to get back into it. I keep emailing noddle for help but no having much luck with them. They said my email isn't registered with them yet it's the only email I have. Can't think if the user name is my email address but it's not letting me in with any passwords I may of used and when I try and reset with forgotten button I still get nothing. Also any emails I had sent from noodle when registering have dissapeared...ahhhh growing very worried now can anyone advise? Many thanks

Does it not have a forgotten username/password on the log in screen?
If your email address isn't registered try signing up again using it?

Have you tried signing up for an account with them again? If they don't have a record of your email address it should be possible to enter it again to set up a new account?

Gmail was sending my mail from Noddle straight to the spam inbox! Check there.
