If you charge your client for travelling time, would it then be included in your working hours ?
Yes, if it's on their dime, not yours.
Usually, though, the cost of the travelling time is built into the hourly rate once you are on site. The main thing that seems to be the issue is where are your work premises as in where are you based. We have work premises but our main place of work is home. So we charge the travel going between home and the other work place because it's business to business travel.0
