how much to buy and sell

I have a house that is worth about 160k (85k morgage) and i am looking at buying a house for 150k.
Approx how much would it cost in fees to sell mine and buy the other one.
i understand you cannot get a exact figure but i was looking at a ballpark figure.

    160K agents fees at 1% is £1,600 + VAT

    150K stamp duty is £1,500

    Solicitors fees £1K-£2K dependant on how much work.

    Between £800 - £1,000 plus vat plus disbursements (disbursements are like office copies, local search, water search, enviro search, land registry search, bankruptcy search, land registry fee)
    Plus stamp duty
