Question - Cheap Energy Club
I've recently used Cheap Energy Club to switch my energy supplier, I wanted to switch to First Utility as it was the cheapest.
They have now emailed me to say they can't supply my energy because I have the wrong meter (which I haven't) but reading on here it sounds like I have had a lucky escape.
Anyway now I want to try one of the other companies that quote lower than my present package but the Cheap Energy Club won't let me because it says "switch in progress" how long will it be before the site updates and let's me try another supplier?

You need to get to the bottom of why a supplier thinks you have "the wrong meter"
If one supplier is of that opinion, chances are any other new supplier will think the same as they will get the same information, no matter how much more you are prepared to spend.0 -
