Fencing Quote - Does this look OK?

Wonder if anyone with some fencing experience can provide an insight into wether this quote is ok. Based in East Sussex
Supply and installation of 10.9 metres 1.8m High close boarded fencing with a counter rail and capping and roundtopped 125mm x 100mm posts concreted into the ground.
£690 inc vat @ 20%
To complete all of the above using 100mm x 100mm concrete posts and a 150mm x 50mm concrete gavel board
£820 inc vat @ 20%
I presume that the second higher quote is of a more sturdy nature and will last longer.

I recently had quotes for 9m fencing (2m featherboard panels) ranging from £800 to 1350 in N London so I would say yours are not bad at all.0
