Ha ha oh well least everyone is getting roughly the same response, give or take a few days.
Does anyone know if once its in the queue is there a chance it can still be declined? I'm led to believe that all the underwriting checks have been done, but someone will just check it all over again before they do the offer, so theoretically were on the home straight now, but I keep hearing horror stories of things being declined at the very last moment.0 -
theoretically it can be declined at any point up until completion.
Aldermore I find tend to be very much black and white and if you have got this far and supplied the correct documents you should be fine.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
