Home insurance for two properties

Dear All,

My british husband and I owe two buy to let properties--one is in Liverpool and the other is in Manchester. Both are less than 10 years and good condition. We let them out now. We just own them less than 1 year.

Can anybody know good insurance companies and how much to insurance both of them? I found a few online and fill plent of info but never go through.

If anybody know good companies or sell insurance, pls contact us. I am in Spain now. My email is swei201404@gmail.com

Thanks

There are plenty of buy to let insurers that will cover a small portfolio of properties.

Absolutely no way of estimating the cost for you, simply contact a number of online brokers and the few direct providers to compare prices

I own one or two buy to lets. I've found it's cheaper to insure individually. A few hundred per property. Local brokers, including Swinton's commercial division.
