Simply Electronics, dont use them.

I am not happy with my transactions.
Last month, I tried to purchase a item, quoted delivery was within my time scale, as I was going on holiday, (it gave me 10 days to spare, incase delivery was late, which was why I wanted the item.
As the invoice from them was in pounds, I expected my cred card to show amount in pounds, this was not the case, it shows a dollar convertion, which not only works out a lot more expensive than the UK pond invoice, but I also gote charged a transaction fee
After complaining to the company about this, and delivery being late, they just said tat they would send the item by a upgraded delivery, so I would receive it on time. After a few days it still did not arrive.
More emails, more promises. It did not arrive on the day my holiday started, so I cancelled the order, (they still had not sent it.)
eventually they sent a refund, in dollars, so another transaction fee.
So all in all, its cost me £30 to deal with this unreliable company, and I have no goods to show for it.

Dispute the transaction with your card company. You agreed to pay a certain ammount in pounds, that's it - nothing more, nothing less. The card company should refund all money to your account while they investigate. SE will have to provide proof of the dollar amount being agreed, which they can't.
